Roasted raddicchio salad with apple, shallot, pancetta, toasted hazelnuts and a maple balsamic vinaigrette. January 8, 2015. 365 Days of Salad. It has been an extremely long time since I last posted a recipe, too long in fact. 1 head of raddicchio (approx. 7-8 oz.). 1 apple* (I used a honey crisp apple and was very pleased with the results). 2-3 oz. chopped pancetta. 1/2 tsp. salt.

Today Tyson, Kylie, OJ and I went to see the Masterpieces from Paris exhibit at the National Gallery. (. This is a photo when we were about half way down the line. We lined up for about an hour. I found the exhibit to be good but not great. perhaps as I had already seen them in Paris? We followed this by a glass of Pol Roger in the pop up bar and then yummy tapas at Legends Spanish restaurant in Manuka.

365 Days of Seoul. Good Morning Vietnam (Part 1). Aber fangen wir doch lieber am Anfang an, welches zugleich ein Ende für viel zu viele war. Nach der Examenswoche vor Weihnachten, hieß es nach einem Semester an der Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Abschied nehmen. Nicht für mich persönlich. Ich werde ein weiteres Semester an der HUFS studieren. Für viele andere kam der Abschied dann aber nach der stressigen Klausurenphase schlagartig, auch wenn natürlich erwartbar. Der Verkehr ein einziges Chaos!
