Tuesday, December 31, 2013. Sorry it's been so long, yet again. I hope to be a better blogger in 2014. I hope many things for 2014. Lila has her therapy on Mondays and Thursdays, and the parties at school are always on Thursdays, so while Lila was at therapy that afternoon, Keegan and I went to a little walking trail by the river. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Even though it's still the rainy season here, we finally gave into Keegan's demands and set up the pool! The kids are so happy and have been swimming every day since we set it up. The water isn't very deep, it comes up to Delilah's waist, but it is wide enough for all of us to get in there together. Tuesday, February 26, 2013. I just wanted to share some really exciting news with y'all! This morning, it has been 72 hours since Delilah wore her last diaper. We have begun potty training! The mornings seem to be the hardest on her - she had maybe six accidents the first day, two accidents the second day (woohoo! Sunday, July 28, 2013. Happy [Belated] Birthday, Delilah! Let's rewind to three years and five days ago. That was when I made the 630 mile drive from Shreveport to Atlanta against my doctor's orders. Monday, April 15, 2013. Guess Who's Going to Kindergarten? Our very own Keegan scored in the 90th percentile on the entrance exam for all magnet schools in the area, and our first offer came in yesterday from the school of our choice! We are so very proud of him and beyond excited for him (especially that he'll be in school a full day! So, beginning in August, Keegan will officially be a Fairfield Magnet Bulldog! Wednesday, December 26, 2012. December Photos (with Moma's visit! It has been so nice having Jonas's mom (or "Moma", as the kids call her) here with us for the holidays, and we are sad to see her go! Saturday, March 9, 2013. Keegan's school hosted an event today called Kite Day. This event has been cancelled for the past two years due to rain - it could not have been a more perfect day for flying kites today! They had five bouncy houses up, and face painting (which our kids had no patience to wait in line for). All of this is a big open field that was great for flying a kite! She made this face the first 15-ish times down the big inflatable slide! And she willingly went back up each and every time).
