Want to know if you are too plugged in? Unplug for at least two hours before going to sleep at night and completely unplug for one day a week. If you cannot do it, you are too plugged in! These children, for the most part, are smart and not suffering from any particular disorder- except anxiety. The anxiety manifests in a variety of ways, but the most apparent is that the child reports feeling "nervous" or "upset" most of the time. And then, I meet the parent!
