Short & Small. Big & Tall: May 2013
http://jeffandholl.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Reece turned 8 on May 25th so we headed to the Red Sea for his baptism. He invited a few families to come and be part of his special experience. We were so glad to have the Risleys, the Goehrings, and the Josephsons there with us. I love this giant smile on his face. Pres Risley, our branch president, and our friend Kelly waded out to help them. Kelly was pretty stable, but Pres. Risley and Jeff were not doing so well. Jeff felt like a one-legged man trying to stand up in the ocean. Finally, the baptisma...

http://jeffandholl.blogspot.com/2015/04/braithwaite-sister-weekend.html
Braithwaite Sister Weekend: September 2014. We began the next day with some tours of old Plantation Homes. It was really interesting to see these old homes and to hear the stories of the people who lived in them. By the end of the third home we were all starving so off we went to a fun cafe for lunch. The Fickle Pickle was a fun lunch stop in an old Georgia home that had been converted into a cafe. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Christmas Day and he said NO PEEKING. Short & Small. Big & Tall: Christmas Eve means New Christmas Jammies
http://jeffandholl.blogspot.com/2015/04/christmas-eve-means-new-christmas.html
Christmas Eve means New Christmas Jammies. Our family tradition on Christmas Eve is to open one present and that present is usually new Christmas pajamas. The boys are always sure they know just what is in the present so after lots of tossing, hugging, and patting of their presents they open them up. After opening the present and putting on their new jammies the boys all had to demonstrate how awesome they were by jumping off the table at the bottom of the stairs. Grey gets some air. Short & Small. Big & Tall: Christmas Day and he said NO PEEKING
http://jeffandholl.blogspot.com/2015/04/christmas-day-and-he-said-no-peeking.html
Christmas Day and he said NO PEEKING. The boys could enter the stairs from the top. They were amazed to step into a tunnel. They boys are getting ready to come down and see what Santa brought for them. A huge part of the Christmas fun was breaking down this wall and charging in to see the Christmas tree and all of the fun things they had waiting on the other side. Jeff is such a fun Dad. These little dudes are lucky as can be. This is so awesome. WOW! That looks amazing and fun! April 13, 2015 at 10:10 PM.

Short & Small. Big & Tall: November 2012

Goodbye Egypt, Hello Italy. We traveled down to the Amalfi Coast on the Mediterranean Sea. It was gorgeous and so much fresh air. I'm pretty sure our lungs didn't know what to do with all of that oxygen they were getting. We loved the terracing. These people built their homes and lives on these steep, steep hillsides. I'm jealous of everyone that gets to grow anything, but here growing food took on a whole new meaning. Overlooking the town of Amalfi or maybe it's Maiori. Another view of the flooding.

After 8 years in beautiful Maryland, we packed up and headed west to our new home. No furniture for 7 days, no problem! The goods arrive.I spared you all the photos of the rooms completely full of boxes! But look, they rolled out the red carpet for all of our amazing household goods. Number of losses - too many to count. Number of broken items - too many to count. The h...
